SayPro (Say Progress) is a transformative programme designed to empower individuals who are committed to creating positive social impact. This initiative is open exclusively to individuals aged 16 years and above who have an interest or experience in:
- Healthcare – including community health, wellness promotion, mental health, or public health.
- Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Advocacy – including survivors, activists, educators, and community leaders.
- Social Work – including students, practitioners, volunteers, and individuals with lived experience.

SayPro Health Care Wellness is an integrated health and wellness programme that focuses on GBV awareness, response, and essential health services, supporting participants and communities with holistic care.
GBV Awareness & Response
Objective:
To build individual and community capacity to prevent, recognize, and respond to Gender-Based Violence.
Key Components:
- Awareness Campaigns:
Interactive workshops, media campaigns, and community dialogues to challenge harmful gender norms, promote respect and equality, and break the silence around GBV. - Training & Capacity Building:
Skills training on:- Identifying signs of abuse.
- Providing trauma-informed care.
- Supporting survivors with referrals to legal, medical, and psychosocial services.
